Achim Berger is a founder and general manager of Innovations Softwaretechnologie GmbH. Prior to joining Innovations, Achim worked at both large and medium-sized technology companies, including a stint in the US. At Innovations, he is responsible for human resources and project control as well as for the sales of finance services solutions, with an emphasis on relationship management. He advises major clients in the finance industry.

Thomas Cotic managed the Intelligent Systems Department in a technology company after completing his IT degree.  He is a founder and general manager of Innovations Softwaretechnologie GmbH.  He manages the departments of technology, business rules management, and is responsible for the company's financial activities.

Walter Pitz acquired in-depth experience leading the data mining projects for several years at various corporations after he completed his studies in technical IT.  He is a founder and general manager of Innovations Softwaretechnologie GmbH, where he is in charge of marketing, financial services product development, and sales of our IT solutions for compliance.

David Kim is Managing Director and CEO of Innovations Software Technology, Inc. He has over 16 years of experience in enterprise software for various industries.  Prior to Innovations, David was CEO of DPG, an organization that specializes in SOA, Web services and EAI and held leadership positions at BroadVision and Citigroup. David also serves on the board of two private equity firms based in the U.S.
