What Potential Lies Hidden in Relationship Networks?

The Relationship Browser allows customer advisors to visualize the people with whom their customer interacts.  New elements in assessing customer potential are growing more important. These include, for example, the role of family relationships or the ability of one partner to act as a multiplier with substantial influence on other existing or potential clients. Such groupings or networks of clients should be considered as a whole and, ideally, advised by a single relationship manager.
