Partner Management

The Innovations CRM considers both potential or current clients, entities, intermediaries, lawyers, consultants, beneficial owners, and relationship and portfolio managers as partners. When a partner becomes a contractual partner of the bank, a business relationship is born.

Partner management supports the administration of all persons directly and indirectly involved with this business relationship, such as:

  • Potential customers, business development contacts
  • Customers and their spouses and family members
  • Business partners such as intermediaries, trustees, or attorneys
  • Representatives and employees of legal entities
  • Bank employees with direct customer contact, such as relationship managers and portfolio managers

The Innovations CRM database stores all data related to any type of business partner within the same system. Therefore, when the business relationship changes – such as when a development contact becomes a customer – their data does not have to be migrated or newly entered.

Profile of a potential customer in the Innovations CRM:  The official business relationship has not been opened yet and the partner has no assets under management. All the master data relating to communication channels, hobbies/interests, and estimated asset potential can be entered and managed.  All contacts with the partner are automatically documented in the customer journal.

The Innovations CRM focuses on active customer management.
