Partner Management

Work Frame Relations considers potential or current clients, entities, intermediaries, lawyers, consultants, beneficial owners, and relationship and portfolio managers as partners. As soon as a partner becomes a contractual partner of the bank, a business relationship is born.

Partner management supports the administration of all persons within the relationship, as well as anyone management might have any type of relationship with, such as:

  • Potential customers, business development contacts
  • Customers and their spouses and family members
  • Business partners such as intermediaries, trustees, or attorneys
  • Representatives and employees of legal entities
  • The bank’s own employees with customer contacts, in particular relationship managers and portfolio managers.

Work Frame Relations does not make a distinction between customers and other partners.  That means that the individual-related data administered in Partner Management does not have to migrate or be newly entered when a development contact becomes a customer, since they are administered in the same system.

Profile of a potential customer:  The business relationship has not been opened yet and the partner has no assets under management. All the master data relating to communication channels, hobbies/interests, and estimated assets (potential) can be entered and managed.  All contacts with the partner are automatically documented in the customer journal.

Work Frame Relations Client Management System is focused on active Customer Management.
