Work Frame Relations is suitable for any bank with high consulting standards, offering comprehensive and very practice-based support for all CRM processes, with particular weighting toward private banking.

It distinguishes between partners and business relationships.  Every partner and every business relationship exists only once in the system.  Contractual partners, beneficial owners, family members, intermediaries, etc. can all be displayed as a clearly structured network in the graphical relation browser.

Work Frame Relations offers several levels of summarization

The most detailed level is the customer view; it refers to one specific partner or one particular business relationship. The second view is the employee-related view that, along with cross-customer analyses, also offers a variety of tools for systematic work organization, such as task and event management, maturities reports, and automatic notices of need for action. The management view is situated at the next higher summarization level higher, with analyses at the team, department or business area level.  In addition, custom intermediate levels, for instance for customer groups such as families or intermediaries, can be created and edited.

Integration of consulting and sales

The system considers the entire customer life cycle as one continuous process.  That way, all information acquired during consultations prior to opening the relationship will also be available during subsequent consulting with the customer, and transitions between acquisition, consulting and customer development will be seamless.

Work Frame Relations can be expanded by adding compliance modules.

With its person-based view and thorough partner support from initial contact to the end of the business relationship, Work Frame Relations consistently focuses on advanced relationship management in private banking.
